Shravya Pathak is the Founder of Pathak & Co. and serves as External Legal Counsel to businesses across commercial, corporate, and intellectual property matters.
With more than half a decade of experience, she advises startups, growth-stage companies, and established enterprises on brand protection, intellectual property strategy, contracts, and commercial disputes, delivering legal support that is aligned with business objectives, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation.
